The Hard Rock Cafe in Memphis had two locations on Beale Street. The first opened at 315 Beale Street in 1997, emphasizing live music and hosting bands like The Wallflowers and NRBQ. In 2014, it moved to 126 Beale Street, the historic Lansky Bros. building, known for clothing Elvis and other music legends. This second location closed in June 2023 after the lease expired.The building has since been purchased by the Memphis Rock 'n' Soul Museum and Memphis Music Hall of Fame, who plan to relocate the museum there.
